Knights vs. FC United

Last night, the Knights played FC United for the first time this semester. The Knights scored a goal within the first five minutes of the game, with a chip from the outside, to Alison Riley with the calm and collective finish. The Knights attacked for the majority of the game, with FC United only getting one shot on goal. With a great defense and goal keeper, the Knights kept the shut out for the entire game. Samantha Major scored the second goal for the Knights later in the first half with a beautiful finish. Alison Riley scored her second goal for the game in the second half. Although there were many more opportunities for the Knights to score, the end game score was a shut out win of 3-0 leaving the Knights in first place in the league, getting a bye for next week and then off to the Semi Finals the week after!
