Knights vs. White Lightening

Last night, the Knights played White Lightening in a tough match. The Knights had a great game, starting with Samantha Major's fantastic goal in the first minutes of the match. White Lightening struck back with a goal of their own, tying the game. Samantha Major was on her toes again, and scored the second goal for the Knights, going into the second half winning 2-1. New to the team, sophomore Carly Giodano scored another fantastic goal for the Knights putting them up 3-1. White Lightening had a break away later in the second half which resulted in the final score of 3-2, with another win for the Knights. Karen McDaniel and Elise Tessero were our two keepers for this game and had many wonderous saves. The Knights take on Shoot the Gap next Tuesday at 8pm at Central Winds and look forward for all their fans to come!
