Knights vs. White Lightning

Last night, the Knights played their first game of the Spring season against White Lightning. In the first half, the Knights scored 3 goals, while White Lightning scored 1. Through the cold weather, the Knights played magnificently; the ball was worked through the team from the back, to the outside, and through the middle to be finished by the forwards. In the second half, the Knights scored 4 more goals, and White Lightning scored only 3 more, so the end score of the game left the Knights a victory of 7-4. Goals were scored by Samantha Major (2), Elise Larett (2), Aileen Herrera (1), and Alison Riley (2). The season is off to a great start, and with the team getting better and better, the Knights are looking forward to a victorious season!
