Spring Tryouts

Tryouts for the Spring Semester will be Wednesday January 11th, 4-6 on the sports club grass fields; and Thursday January 12th, 4-6 on the turf fields! We hope to see you all there.

GSU Round Robin

The knights traveled to Georgia Southern University this past weekend to face GSU and the College of Charleston. The knights ended their season with a 2-2 tie against GSU with goals scored by Shannon Schaefer and Lauren Howard and a 1-0 win against C of C with a goal from Brittany Roydhouse.

We look forward to seeing everybody at tryouts for the Spring 2012 team in January! Look for tryout information closer to January.

Save the ta-ta's Fundraiser Update

Thank you all who purchased a "Fight like a Knight" shirt. We raised over $1,000 that will be donated to a local breast cancer organization. If you would like to still purchase a shirt we do have all sizes still available...please email us at ucfwomenssoccerclub@yahoo.com

Save the ta-ta's Fundraiser

The Women's Soccer club at UCF is fundraising for the Fall 2011 season. We are selling "Fight like a Knight" breast cancer awareness shirts for the October 8th UCF football "pink" out game. Partial proceeds will be given to a breast cancer foundation and another part of the proceeds will support the club soccer team.

The cost for the shirt is $15. Post to the events wall with your shirt size and tag a club soccer players name who you know...if you don't know anyone on the team post that you'd like to meet us on campus to get your shirt.

This is for a good cause and you'll also look great at the pink out game!

FALL 2011 Tryouts

Thank you all who came out to our Fall 2011 tryouts. We had a tremendous turnout and are looking forward to a successful season.

If you missed tryouts...you are more than welcome to come to our practices (dates/times are listed on the tab to right labeled "practice"). We will have another round of tryouts in the Spring so check back later in the semester for information about those.

FALL 2011 TRYOUTS

The Fall 2011 tryouts for the Women's Soccer Club at UCF will be announced closer to the start of school so keep checking back.

Plan for tryouts to be the 2nd week back to school on M/Tu or W/Th 4-6pm.

You must be an enrolled UCF student taking at least 6 hours!!!

CFSL Finals

The Knights played Shoot the Gap last Tuesday for the CFSL Final. The score ended with the knights defeat 4-3 with a hat trick from Sam Major.

We are sad to say goodbye to our lone senior graduating this Spring- Erika Schaefer. Erika has a been a 4-year member of the Women's Soccer Club at UCF. When joining the club she was almost put on the alternates roster for some unknown, ridiculous reason lol but she has been a vital part of our starting midfield and has dominated the center for many years. Not only has she been an important part of the team on the field but off, she was the club president her junior year at UCF! She has been a great assest to our team over these last 4 years and she will be greatly missed!
